Living room has cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, beautiful brick fireplace, and a TV with DVD, VCR and front game jacks. Game console with games, videos and DVDs are provided. Kitchen includes all new major appliances including washer/dryer. Also includes microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Perfect for a family, 2 couples, or just some friends getting together for a weekend of skiing, tubing, rafting, hiking, biking, and any of a number of other activities too numerous to mention. Pamphlets will be provided for you to peruse at your leasure. Security deposit is $200 which will be returned within 2 weeks of inspection of the property. A reservation deposit of $100 is required but will be applied to the rate when you arrive.
