Located in desirable Towamensing Trails. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 bathroom with large family room for extra needed space. Screened Porch, perfect for relaxing on a summer morning or evening. Large deck spanning the front of house fits the whole family! This home is less than a mile from all the ammenities of the Trails.
Summer - A short walk to lakefront pool and kiddie pool, sandy beach with volleyball net, kids playground, tennis and basketball courts as well on a 195-acre, crystal-clear lake stocked with trout and bass. Rent a paddle boat or bring your own, electric motors are welcomed in the lake.

Winter - 10 minutes to Hickory Run State park for cross country skiing, or Big Boulder-Jack Frost downhill ski area - Come home for a break and since you`re only 10 minutes away go back and ski the evening. 30 Minutes to Camelback. After a day of skiing/snowboarding/tubing come home and cozy up to the stone fireplace. Also close to 100 outlet store shopping mall.
