The beds are all high end comfort! It has a king, queen, bunk bed w/trundle, pull out queen, and queen futon. For now, it has three bedrooms but has two other beds in separate rooms. The furniture is all high end, every bedroom has flat screen tv`s, and hi speed internet. The main living room has a 65" LCD with a 7.1 DENON surround sound system. It also has Play Station III for online movie downloads, gaming, and blue-ray movie capabilities. The kitchen is a professional level chef`s kitchen. It has everything you need to whip up a great meal for your family. All but one bedroom has a sliding glass door that walks out to a huge 2000 sf deck. There is a third floor that will be finished by Sept 15 that will contain more sleeping arrangements and spa area. The home is a brand new construction. We installed Isoprene spray foam insulation. Air tight and VERY WARM! Weekly rates are from Sunday at 4pm to the following Sunday at noon. Weekend rates are Friday at noon to Sunday at noon. There is a $125.00 CLEANING FEE AVAILABLE for you to purchase. You may clean the home yourself. But on short weekends, most people do not want to waste 3-4 hours of their vacation cleaning and doing laundry. THE HOME MUST BE LEFT EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PURCHASE THE CLEANING FEE OPTION! If it is not clean to our liking, we reserve the right to remove a cleaning fee from your deposit, even if you say you "cleaned it"!! Use simple math to figure out how easy this house could be yours for the weekend. For a group of 10 it will only cost each person $110.00 for the weekend! $220.00 a weekend for five. It is very costly to run this place thus the price. But very worth it! That I promise you. There is a CALENDAR at the bottom of this page. Review what dates are available from there! If you send me a request asking if a weekend is available I simply will not respond. I keep the calendar updated DAILY! Deposits Are fully refundable as long as nothing is stolen, damaged, or the rental agreement was voided due to non-compliance of rules and reg`s. Cancellation Policy: 50% of deposit will be forfeited upon receipt of deposit. The other 50% will be returned if the cancellation is more than two weeks out. LESS THAN TWO WEEKS IS LOSS OF DEPOSIT IN FULL RENTAL RATES:
