Our slopeside townhouse at The Village at Camelback is a great 4 season rental - Fall Foliage, Winter Skiing/Snowboarding, Camelbeach Waterpark. Try your luck at the new Mt. Airy Casino. There`s plenty to do and just 5 minutes from Crossings Premium Outlet too. We`re located in the ONLY resort slope side and less than 100 yards to the lighted slopes at Camelback Ski Resort. Ski in and ski out all day long! Our home is tastefully decorated to meet all of your getaway needs. Great unit for families! This three-story, cozy townhouse features three bedrooms - Upstairs has a loft with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 twin beds and bunk bed). The 2nd has queen bed. Both have TV/VCR), washer/dryer, and full bathroom also on this level. We also can provide you with a portacrib/playpen (almost new) if needed. Two bathrooms makes it easy for large groups to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout, large couch with sofabed (new mattress), TV/VCR/DVD and fireplace. Updated kitchen with new appliances, large dining table, secluded rear deck with table, chairs and front deck with ski/bike storage shed. We even supply paper products and detergent! You supply your refills, consumables & Firewood. Children`s games/toys/videos in unit for your enjoyment. Internet Access too! The gated community Clubhouse has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball and weight room. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period.
