Two small families (8-10 people) can stay next to the famous Camelback Ski slopes just a 2 minuter walk to slopes, shop out the crossings outlet mall just to name a few thing to do. Have a great vacation for a great price. This beautiful refurbished 4 level townhouse is on Camelback mountain located in the Village Of Camelback. Park at the front door and find all the comforts of home. It is a private gated community which offers great amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, indoor basketball and tennis. We are a 2 minute walk to the slopes. It is a non-smoking unit and no pets of any kind are allowed. Front closet is available for Water Park storage. Enjoy 4 floors of luxurious living in this spacious townhouse. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with a wood burning stove and ceiling fan. Sliding glass door lead you out to a deck overlooking the mountain with a table, chairs and BBQ. The house features 4 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 baths. The first bedroom is in the loft and it has a queen sized bed and a private bath, the second bedroom has a full bed, the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (each bed has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top), and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with its own private den with a futon and a TV. Comforters and towels are provided. There are 5 televisions (living room has a 52 inch big screen) in all and video and board games are included for your enjoyment. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to cook if you don`t want to eat out. You supply your own paper products and consumables. If you want a change, you can wander down the mountain and shop in the Crossings Outlet Center, check out movies or specialty shops or the fine restaurants nearby. 52 Inch Big Screen TV GREAT FOR FAMILIES.
