Sprawling 3,600+ sq. foot lakefront home, POOL TABLE & HOT TUB with enormous great room, and lower level offers spacious gameroom with pool table, air hockey, fooseball, shuffleboard,ping pong, bar and beverage fridge! TV`S in every bedroom, flat screens in living room/gameroom, dvd player, wireless internet and two dining areas. Amazing Lakefront and mountain views from all living areas and several bedrooms. Enjoy the luxury of forever hot water heating system--NO COLD SHOWERS!! Pets permitted. Spectacular large deck, with gas grill, 3 seating areas and 2 Charcoal grills as well!! Canoe for your use during your stay.
WINTER FUN: just 2 minutes to Big boulder ski, h20 indoor waterpark. Also nearby paintball, whitewater rafting, dining, golf courses, mini golf.
Right next door to community beach, volleyball, basketball courts, pavillion, playground and fishing dock! 1 Block to community rec. center and tennis courts. 3 Blocks to state gamelands entrance!
