Oct 19-Oct 20ShawneePocono Food Truck & Art Festival. Feature 25+ food trucks with the best food on wheels ranging from sweet and savory to spicy and delicious. The annual Art on the Mountain Art Show & Sale will feature some of the region's most talented painters, crafters, photographers, sculptors and more.
Oct 18-Oct 20MilfordBlack Bear Film Festival. At the Historic Milford Theatre, this is one of Pennsylvania's premiere independent film festivals
Oct 25Mount PoconoVic Dibitetto at Mount Airy Casino. 8pm. Vic DiBitetto churns energy, honesty and humanity into nonstop laughter. All ages admitted, must be 21 to drink with ID.
Oct 25-Oct 27East StroudsburgSpooky Days at Quiet Valley. A weekend of spine-chilling fun. During the afternoon hours, a variety of not-so-scary activities will be offered for our younger visitors including: wagon rides, storytelling, crafts, and a Halloween sing-a-long. Activities will become darker after five o’clock and may not be suitable for small children.
Nov 1Jim ThorpeUFO and Blue Oyster Cult at Penn's Peak. 8pm. UFO - Phil Mogg has confirmed that this year’s 50th anniversary tour with UFO will be his last as the frontman of the long-running hard rock band. Blue Oyster Cult occupies a unique place in rock history because it's one of very few hard rock/heavy metal bands to earn both genuine mainstream critical acclaim as well as commercial success.
Nov 10BushkillRiver Ramble Fall Classic. You can run a 5k or a 10k along River Road or participate in a two mile Fun Walk on the McDade Trail. This year's event will begin at Smithfield Beach, River Road, 9am.
Nov 23-Nov 23Lake HarmonyGreat Brews Beer Festival. Split Rock Resort. The beer event of the season with beer samplings, live entertainment, games, giveaways, food and craft vendors and more! Stouts, IPAs, ales, hard ciders and more will be available for sampling. 12-4pm.
Nov 30SaylorsburgLighting of the Vineyard. Can you imagine what 100,000 Christmas lights look like adorning a vineyard? Let Blue Ridge Winery show you. It's time to deck the vineyards! Please join them for this brilliant night complete with live music and light fare to snack on.
Nov 29-Nov 30HonesdaleWinter Wonderland. Historic Honesdale offers up its famous, holiday hospitality during their yearly tradition. Enjoy the Annual Santa Parade, tree lighting, and seasonal fun. Small businesses will host events for shoppers' browsing pleasure.
Dec 7MilfordMilford's Annual Tree Lighting. The beloved celebration features free hot cocoa and cookies for children of all ages. Join the ceremonial countdown and lighting of Milford's Christmas tree at 5:15pm. Hundreds of trees lining the downtown streets will light up for the rest of the holiday season in this charming mountain town. As part of the countdown, Santa Claus will arrive on top of Milford Fire Department's Engine 33.
Dec 14ShawneeJolly Beer Mile. 11am, the annual ShawneeCraft Brewery Jolly Beer Mile. Meet at 10:30am for registration. Lonesome Found will perform in the Tap Room from noon to 3pm. Walk-ins are welcome.
Dec 13-Dec 15HawleyHawley Winterfest. Tour historic homes decorated for the holiday season, listen to carols, enjoy memorable culinary experiences and jazz performances, see ice-carving demonstrations, shop around town, and take the beer tour.
Dec 29East StroudsburgTree Lighting Ceremony in Downtown Stroudsburg. Come celebrate the start of the Christmas season in Downtown Stroudsburg! Enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides through downtown, a visit from Santa, caroling, candlelight ceremony, balloon artist, refreshments, and much more.
Dec 31Blue MountainNew Year's Eve Tubing Party. If you're looking for a good time with a side of adventure this New Year's Eve, the Tubing Party at Blue Mountain has grown into a fun-tradition for many families & friends. 8pm-12:30am. Music, Tubing, Food & Soft Drinks. A champagne toast is included at midnight for ages 21 & up.
