Jul 5SkytopSkytop Fourth of July Celebration. All are welcome to celebrate Independence Day at Skytop Lodge. A fireworks spectacular will be held on Friday, July 5. The evening will include live music, concessions and more.
Jul 6CamelbackCamelbeach Independence Day Fireworks. Enjoy all of Camelbeach's 37 rides, slides and attractions during extended hours, hit the dance floor and enjoy a variety of delicious food including BBQ, pizza, smokehouse creations, ice cream and more! The Fireworks Spectacular begins as soon as the sun goes down. Free admission from 6pm.

Jul 13East StroudsburgQuiet Valley 5K Rooster Run & Kids Fun Run. Participants will tour the Quiet Valley property over hill and dale past the farm pond, pastures, apple orchards and historical buildings. Course has varying surfaces including grass, dirt, gravel and paved roads.
Jul 13-Jul 14Blue MountainPalmerton Spartan Race. Saturday: Super, the middle distance course. With a longer distance than the Sprint and more obstacles, the Super will test your endurance, perseverance, and grit. The eight plus mile Super packs more than 25 Signature Spartan Obstacles through tougher and more rugged terrain. Sunday: Sprint, the shortest distance (3 miles). It is perfect for athletes of all levels; from Spartan first timers to seasoned racers.
Jul 20East StroudsburgMusic in the Valley. Various groups performing traditional music at different locations on the Quiet Valley farm. There will be a sing-a-long for the children and storytelling. Enjoy a special day of wonderful, old-fashion entertainment.
Jul 20-Jul 21HawleyAudubon Art and Craft Festival. Known regionally as the finest art and craft show in the Poconos, this popular festival combines entertaining and educational live wildlife shows featuring animals native to the area with close to 100 juried artists and artisans, many of whose work is nature or wildlife inspired. Add live ice sculpting and activities for the kids and you have a wonderful experience.
Jul 26Jim ThorpeRoots & Boots Tour: Sammy Kershaw, Collin Raye and Aaron Tippin. Penn's Peak, 8pm. Tippin has crusaded for the working man and woman since he ripped country music wide open.
Jul 28Long PondGander RV 400. Pocono Raceway will host the Gander RV400 on Sunday with events leading up to the race all weekend, including the Gander Outdoors 150 - NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race on Saturday.
Aug 3-Aug 4Milford15th Annual Festival of Wood. A celebration of the natural and cultural heritage of wood. Handmade wood crafts, educational programs, exhibits, music, art, programs, food, children's activities, magic show, lectures and films, chainsaw and sawmill demonstrations and more
Aug 2-Aug 10Honesdale157th Annual Wayne County Fair. Enjoy big-name country music concerts, monster trucks, and more. Aug 10ShawneeMaster the Mountain Trail Run. Test your skills with this 5K Trail Run. First, you’ll navigate the uphill wooded and rocky terrain. Then you’ll follow the winding course back down to the base of the mountain. Do you have what it takes to “Master the Mountain?!” Field limited to 450 Runners.
Aug 10East StroudsburgQuiet Valley Heritage Craft Weekend. This day highlights many of the traditional trade skills and heritage crafts of our forefathers. Folks will be able to see the demonstrators at work and even try crafts out for themselves. 10am-4pm.

Aug 18Long PondPocono ABC Supply 500. Pocono Raceway will host the 2017 Pocono IndyCar 500 race weekend. The weekend will feature Verizon IndyCar Series Qualifying and Practice on Saturday and the ABC Supply 500 race on Sunday. Speeds are expected to exceed 200mph with side-by-side racing.
Aug 23-Aug 24Blue MountainBlue Mountain Beer Fest. Enjoy sampling of over 150 craft brews, delicious food, craft and artisan vendors, live music, and a breathtaking view of the Pocono Mountains. Must be 21+ over to attend.
Aug 23-Aug 25HawleyWally Lake Fest. Lake Wallenpaupack is celebrated during this fun-packed three day event. The sandy shores and surrounding area come alive with music, an open fair market, free sailboat rides, tours of the dam, kayak demos, art displays, bike rides, downtown shopping, a boat parade, an ice cream social, and much more.
Aug 24-Aug 25StroudsburgThe Pocono State Craft Festival. The Pocono's premier art and craft festival takes place every August at the Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm in Stroudsburg PA. Experience one of the area's largest variety of art and craft demonstrations, be entertained by the best regionally based musicians, and experience the very best the Poconos have to offer.
Aug 23-Aug 25White HavenLehigh RiverFest at Whitewater Challengers. The weekend will feature guided rafting trips (reservations required), trail bike rides, paintball target activities, vendors, live music and more fun for all. Lehigh RiverFest will be held in conjunction with this year's Lehigh Classic Downriver Race.

Aug 31StroudsburgStroudFest. End the summer with one last festival. Multiple vendors will line the sidewalks on Main Street from 5th to 9th Street, featuring a food court in the courthouse square, complimenting dozens of eclectic shops and restaurants. There will be live music on multiple stages throughout the day, and lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Aug 31-Sep 1ShawneePocono Garlic & Harvest Festival. Over 60 food and craft vendors will be offering everything from garlic vinegar and garlic ice cream to garlic-themed pottery and paintings. There will also be live musical performances, educational demonstrations, the Annual Garlic Eating Contest and plenty of children’s activities making this a great family event!
Sep 7Long PondNight Lights. Inspired by the traditional Thai Lantern Festival, Night Lights is an all-new and completely reimagined sky lantern experience. This event was formerly known as The Lantern Festival.
Sep 14MilfordSeptemberfest. The fall version of the ever popular Milford Music Festival will be reprised as a borough-wide sidewalk event with music, shopping, dining and fun all over town; attracting music lovers and encouraging them to explore Milford. Over 30 businesses participate, giving music lovers a reason to experience Milford from one end of town to the other.
Sep 14-Sep 15HonesdaleSteampunk Honesdale. Honesdale welcomes the Steampunk Community to a diverse celebration of our industrial heritage. Historic Main Street will be filled with all kinds of great merchandise offered by its fine local stores, area vendors, Steampunk artists and vendors, and area non-profits.
Sep 13-Sep 15BlakesleeMidnight Mountain Music Show. Music festival presented by the Philadelphia band Mason Porter. The festival will feature a variety of American Roots acts from rock to folk, country, bluegrass and everything in between. There will be a chili cook-off, kids activities, vendors and more. Tickets can be purchased with or without tent camping.

Sep 21-Sep 22ShawneeShawnee Celtic Festival. A weekend of non-stop Celtic music on two stages, a foot stomping bagpiper and Celtic jam, working sheep dogs, Irish step dancers, a variety of Celtic crafts, and food vendors.
Sep 24-Sep 25Long PondThe Great Pocono Raceway Air Show. Approximately four hours of aerobatic entertainment and re-enactments on both show dates. There will also be entertainment for all ages with multiple displays and vendors in Fan Fair, kid-friendly activities and play areas, helicopter rides, exotic car rides and more.
Sep 28Long PondWarrior Dash. At the Pocono Raceway. 5k obstacle race that anyone can conquer. Whether you’re an elite athlete or just beginning the challenge, you’ll take down 12 world-class obstacles like Super Soaker and Warrior Roast, leap over fire, and venture through mud-caked backroads as you make your loop to the finish line.
Sep 28-Sep 29Blue MountainCarbon County Oktoberfest. Enjoy a Biergarden, live Oom-Pah music with a dance floor, and a wide-spread of Bavarian-style food, craft and artisan vendors, tractor rides, pumpkin picking and much more
