Feb 24ShawneeShawnee Winter Carnival. Fun activities open to all. Demonstrations, ice sculptor, vendors, product sampling, giveaways, outdoor barbeque, entertainment, apres ski party, and more
Mar 1Jack FrostWMMR Cardboard Classic. Competitors build and race giant cardboard sleds for this annual event at Jack Frost. WMMR will be broadcasting live all day.
Mar 17ShawneeLittle Big Air Competition. The event will be open to skiers and riders ages 8 & up. A medium jump will be set up at the bottom of the Bushkill trail. Competitors will have a 2-hour, jam-style session per age bracket to show off their best grabs & spins
Mar 17ShawneeAnnual Costume Carnival Day. Those in full costume receive free day lift ticket. Costume parade and judging with great prizes
Mar 23CamelbackCamelback Parking Lot Party & Pond Skimming. This annual spring celebration includes tailgating, live music, pond skimming, the Cardboard Box Splash Down Derby, cook-offs and more. Camelback will give away great prizes through the day.
Mar 24StroudsburgAnnual Saint Patrick's Day Parade. Enjoy marching units, bands, non-profit groups, politicians and local businesses marching. The parade kicks off at the Stroudsburg High School and ends at Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg.
May 4DingmanPEEC 5k Trail Race: Run, Hike, Crawl. Take a journey through the woods of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. PEEC's 5k runs through the main campus and a variety of different woodland habitats on two gorgeous trail loops. Max 100 spots.
May 5Jim ThorpeWhitesnake at Penn's Peak. 7:30pm. "Flesh & Blood" World Tour, which will feature songs from the new studio record to be released in May 2019 alongside their biggest hits
May 5ShawneeShawnee Mountain Color Run. 10am. Participants will be doused in vibrant colors (non-toxic, corn starch color powder) while navigating the course. The terrain is mainly flat and also stroller and wheel chair accessible. You can skip, jump, run or walk - just come and have fun!
May 19StroudsburgPoconos Run for the Red Marathon. 26.2 mile race through Monroe County. Race day also includes a 5k Road Race and Two Person Marathon Relay.
Jun 1-Jun 2Blue MountainWine Me Up Wine & Tapas Fest. Spend the weekend pairing wine and food with a breathtaking view. Unlimited wine samples will be paired with tapas by Blue Mountain's culinary team. There will be live entertainment and unique vendors. Noon-5pm
Jun 2Long PondPocono 400. Pocono Raceway will host the NASCAR Race on Sunday, with events leading up to the race all weekend. Race at 1pm Sunday.
Jun 15HonesdaleRoots and Rhythm Music and Arts Festival. Spend the morning and early afternoon listening to live bands downtown. Move the Central Park for a FREE concert featuring nationally known acts, as well as an array of artisans, and food vendors
Jun 22-Jun 23Jim ThorpeSavage Race. Located at the beautiful Skirmish USA, Savage Race and Savage Blitz are obstacle runs with world class obstacles, mud, fire, and barbed wire. The Savage Race is 5-7 miles with 27+ obstacles and the Savage Blitz is 3+ miles with 15-20 obstacles.
