  • THIS COTTAGE IS LOCATED ON A PRIVATE LAKE FRONT LOT WITH A DOCK. The cottage has three bedrooms with three full sized beds, washer and dryer, grill and standard amenities. Views of Epply Island to die for!!!!
    No pets allowed and security deposit required!

    This is an older home but clean and ready to enjoy. We are located at Boulder Point (one of the more exclusive areas on the lake. Walking is encouraged, a marina is nearby (walking distance) to get your morning newspaper.

    There are sitting areas within feet of the water, great sunrises for an early morning coffee.

    Pictures available on request. Pre-contract visit recommended.

    Google map is a great way to see this properties location.
    Per week :$800.00 (JUNE):$1500.00 (July1 through August)
    Weekends not available, Saturday to Saturday only
    Security deposit of $500
    Must supply bedding, towels, soaps, detergents of choice
