A mountain getaway located in the prestigious 24-hr secured gated community of Arrowhead Lakes in the Heart of the Poconos, Located in the Western Poconos, about 2 hours from NY or Philadelphia it is 5 miles from I-80 and 11 Miles from Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476).

With 1800 square feet, three floors, four bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, you will find our home perfect for a family/multi-family Pocono vacation. Sit out on any of the two outdoor decks and enjoy the peaceful views of our wooded lot cooking in the gas grill. Or stay inside and get warm and cozy in front of gas fire place and enjoy with family and game on tv or from 1000’s of movies & tv show titles in Netflix. The free wireless internet access allows you to surf the net, check e-mail or plan your next days adventure. There is also a gate, a stroller, a play pan and a booster chair, to make the younger guests more comfortable. There is a in-house library, puzzles, games and videos for young and old to enjoy. There is a game of checkers, chess, and playing cards.

Wildlife abounds in and around this beautiful home. Many animals including white tail deer, wild turkey, red fox, and water fowl are frequent visitors. You may spot owl, hawks or eagles nesting nearby. You can fish from the private lake for bass, pickerel, or trout (requires Pennsylvania fishing license). Enjoy a cruise on the lake at sunset in a kayak or canoe. The fall foliage display is breathtaking. Whether it`s the calm relaxation of a mountain retreat or the fun and excitement of the nearby ski slopes, the chalet is cozy and has everything you need for a weekend get-away, a week-long vacation or a long term seasonal rental.

Arrowhead community includes a clubhouse with full gym if you don’t want miss your exercise routine, pool, ping pong, video games, board games, library. Outside there are two lakes, five beaches, and three pools and play area for activities such as fishing, boating, bicycling, tennis, basketball & volleyball. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the closest lake beach and kids playground from the house. The lake is great for fishing, swimming! There are boat docks and fishing piers in the beaches. During summer lifeguard posts are at the five beaches and three outdoor pools (two of which are heated and with food concessions). There are 7 Tennis courts (some lighted), Basketball, Beach volley ball, Horse shoe rings, Bocce Ball, Bicycle and Boat/Canoe rentals, picnic pavilions to enjoy. Winter activities on-site include a sledding hill, ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, or serene walks in the snow.

10 Minutes to Jack Frost, Big Boulder Ski /Golf and state game lands.20 Minutes to Camelback Ski, Pocono Downs NASCAR Raceway and Recreation Areas. 30 minutes to The Crossings Outlet with 100+ stores. Nearby are horseback riding, snowmobiling, whitewater rafting, tubing, paint ball, golf, and antique shops. State parks and many nature oriented interests around - hiking, biking, fishing etc. For great entertainment - The Pocono Playhouse, Penn`s Peak and the Mountain Laurel Arts Center are a short drive away. Also, there are many very good restaurants in the vicinity.

Memorial Day Weekend: $695-$795 / 2-4 nights (Friday - Tuesday)
July 4th Weekend: $795 - $845 / 2-4 night ( Friday - Tuesday)
Labor Day Weekends: $695-$795 / 2-4 nights (Friday - Tuesday)
Thanksgiving Weekend: $845 / 3-4 night (Thursday - Sunday)
Christmas Week to New Years Week : $2200 (Friday - Sunday)
Xmas weekend: $1200 (Friday - Monday)
New Years Weekend: $1300 (Friday - Monday)
Martin Luther King`s Birthday Weekend:$1200 (Friday-Monday)
Presidents Weekend: $1200 (Friday - Monday)

Security Deposit - $350

Cleaning Fee $75

The Refundable Security Deposit in addition to the Rental Fee is the paid at the time of booking, the deposit is refunded subsequent to your departure, after the house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, within 30 days, as allowed by law.

  • Paypal fees are the responsibility of the person renting.

    All occupants must be over 25 years old to reside in the house or be accompanied by their parent. (ID required).

    Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase pool and beach tags (amenity badges) during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and Daily badges are $7.50 per person per day.
    Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community.


    Cancellation Policy
    More than 45 business days notice, refund of deposit, minus $100 cancellation fee.
    Less than 45 business days notice, 50% of deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.
    Less than 15 business days notice, NO REFUND, No Exceptions.
    THE ABOVE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
