Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the lake. Lake view from most rooms (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom 1). This private lake is one of the cleanest spring fed lakes in Pa (all homes are on sewer-no septic). The interior of the home has been completely renovated including new kitchen, baths, bedrooms, living room, windows, tongue and grove knotty pine throughout, and hot water baseboard heat (very comfortable).

View of Elk Mountain over the lake from the front yard. Winter fun includes 20 minute drive to Elk Mountain and 30 minutes to Montage (Sno) Mountain Ski Resorts, ice fishing, and ice skating. Summer activities include fishing from the dock or rowboat, swimming and sunbathing at the beach located next door, and relaxing in the front yard or porch overlooking the lake. There is an outdoor fire pit lakeside in the front yard for year-round camp fires. Fall colors over the water are gorgeous and Spring is always a great time to get outside.

Beach area immediately next door for swimming and sunbathing in the summer!! Although outside motorboats are not permitted on the lake, you are welcome to bring your non-motorized boats (canoe, rowboat, kayak, sailboat, etc.) or you can use the rowboat provided.

Floor plan: Bedroom 1 - queen bed: bedroom 2 - full bed and twin bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. Downstairs: eat in kitchen, living room, 1 full bathroom, covered front porch, utility room/back porch.

Amenities: Row boat, boat dock, outside fire pit, picnic table, covered front porch, cable TV w/VCR or DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas grill, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, cookware and utensils provided. You must supply your own towels and linens.

Attractions: There is something to do either at the lake or nearby every season of the year such as swimming, fishing, hiking, golfing, snowmobiling, skiing, snowtubing and snowboarding (Elkmtnarea.com). Elk Mountain and Montage Mountain ski areas as well as Rails-to-Trails snowmobile, bicycle and hiking trails are located nearby. Some other nearby attractions include Steamtown steam locomotive train museum, Sno Cove water park, and Nay Aug Park water park and zoo.
