Big Bass Lake is a secure, upscale, private community in quaint historic Gouldsboro. It is built around three pristine lakes popular for swimming, fishing and boating (no gas motors). It also features two beaches, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, playgrounds, courts for tennis, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and bocce, a recreation center with activities for all ages, a bunny slope with T-bar for beginner skiers, snow tubing (small facility without snow making capabilities), and much more...all on site. You will see deer, wild turkey, birds and waterfowl throughout the community. This beautiful home has five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, dining room, living room with fireplace and flat panel TV, a recreation room with a 9ft pool table, foosball, bar and second flat panel TV. There is a large deck with gas grill, picnic table that seats 12 and a large property to enjoy volleyball or badminton (net and accessories available for use by renters), cable and wi-fi.
The surrounding Pocono area offers many additional activities/attractions within a close driving distance, such as ski resorts (Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Camelback just to name a few), water parks, whitewater rafting, state parks, horseback riding, museums, golf courses, casinos, paintball, and shopping. A list of local attractions will be included in your rental application package.
"Pack Light Vacation" means that all you will need to bring with you is your clothing, personal items and food. Everything else is provided for you.
WE PROVIDE: bed linens (beds made up), towels, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, toilet tissue, paper napkins, facial tissues, soft-soap, dishwashing detergent, scouring pads, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, firewood, matches, flashlights, extra light bulbs, fans and propane tanks for the grill.
