One or two bathrooms with bath tubs or showers available. The property has an outdoor swimming pool, blueberry field, soccer field, playground, and is gated from the road with 10 cottages in all. The property has 60 acres of enjoyment with 30 acres of forest for hiking, and a pond. The property is near a state park that has a lake which offers a sandy beach, fishing, boating, water bicycling, picnic tables, barbeque grills, a concession stand, playground, facilities with showers, and a convenience store. The property is also close to a shooting range, golf coarse, horse back riding, water park, crossing outlets, bowling/billiards, roller blading ring, movies, and assorted restaurants.
